Based in western Canada, Janet consults with teams transitioning to agile approaches. Her focus is introducing testing activities to the development cycle and works with the whole team – testers, business users, programmers, etc. Her strong background in agile development and process improvement, helps her introduce changes into an organization. Mindset and culture are the hardest part of change and Janet addresses these as well as technical skills.

Consulting and coaching services include:

• Short term sessions to assess the team practices and make recommendations.
• Follow up sessions to coach teams and monitor changes.
• Workshop facilitation to address specific team needs
• Retrospective facilitation (both process and project) to identify areas for improvement, and possible solutions.
• Personal consulting for individuals who are struggling with new concepts or trying to figure out what their changing role might be. This could be in person or remote using zoom or other available technology.
