I would highly recommend Janet Gregory and her Agile Testing training course for any agile team. I work at Hewlett-Packard leading Agile process adoption for a large hardware-software project. The team is using the Scaled Agile Framework approach to managing multiple scrum team deliveries for this very large and complicated release. I had Janet come in to train the test leads who are working on various scrum teams. With Janet’s class, our team walked away with very specific tools, visions of what they need to be doing differently, and the confidence to do accomplish these changes. In the 4 months since the class, the team has fully embraced, and are enthusiastically implementing, agile testing methodologies such as automation, acceptance testing, transparency in reporting status, status matrix, zero-defect tolerance practices using “good-enough” standards to name a few of the tools and practices learned through Janet’s class.
